Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, administrative functions, and support staff across the organization.

• Provide administrative leadership and ensure efficient, compliant clinic operations.

• Drive patient growth and increase clinic revenue through operational excellence and an exceptional patient experience.

• Oversee financial reporting, billing processes, revenue cycle performance, and key operational metrics.

• Monitor financial and operational results, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

• Foster outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every patient.

• Improve workflows, optimize clinic performance, and maintain compliance with company policies.

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth, cost management, and operational success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience required.

• Experience managing customer service and administrative operations in a healthcare center, medical clinic, or urgent care setting.

• Experience with financial reporting, billing, and revenue cycle management preferred.

• Proven ability to improve operational performance and contribute to patient and revenue growth.

• Strong leadership, financial, communication, and organizational skills.
