About the Position
As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans
Collect session data accurately
Communicate with supervising BCBAs
Complete session documentation
Maintain professional relationships with families
Participate in supervision and team meetings
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
Reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
Passion for working with children
Experience working with children with autism
ABA experience
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field
I would remove the 2-year requirement unless it's truly necessary.
Available Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on client availability.
Current opportunities include:
After-school hours
Evening sessions
Additional hours available as new clients begin services

Monday-Thursday
3:30 PM-7:30 PM
