You will work directly with children to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision and guidance of a local Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The supervising BCBA will be on-site at the start of services and will attend in-person sessions at least once per month after the case has stabilized to ensure ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Communicate progress, challenges, and observations to the supervising BCBA.
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions.
Follow all ethical guidelines and professional standards as set by the BACB.

Staff are typically assigned to 1–2 clients for consistency and quality care.

Supervision & Support
Supervised by a local BCBA who will be present during the initial service onset and conduct in-person supervision at least monthly thereafter.
Ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
Paid training and supervision hours.
Opportunities for career advancement toward BCaBA/BCBA roles.
Supportive team environment with consistent clinical oversight.
