About the Role:
Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Spanish Speaking Private Duty Nurse to join our dedicated team in Markham, IL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families to ensure clear understanding of care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and progress
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and disease prevention in both English and Spanish
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Prior private duty, home health, or in-home nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
