Registered Behavior Technician RBT

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized services to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families to implement behavioral therapies and interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
• Implementing behavioral interventions and teaching skills to children
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborating with licensed therapists and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing support to clients and their families in the home and community settings

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have completed the required 40-hour training program for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Must have a valid RBT certification

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
