About the Opportunity

We believe great restaurants start with great leaders. Our General Managers create an environment where team members feel valued, guests feel welcome, and operational excellence is the standard. You'll have the autonomy to lead your restaurant while receiving the support, tools, and resources needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and profitability.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Drive sales, labor, food cost, and inventory performance.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and employment policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
• Review financial performance and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Current ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable communication.
