Job Description

Avir Trilogy is seeking an Administrator to join our team!

We're looking for an Administrator who can hold both sides of this job at once, the clinical and the business. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and every care and business decision that comes with them, using the facility's resources to support the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Most of your day is spent with people, residents, families, department heads, and staff. That takes a calm and steady presence, real skill in managing time and pressure, and enough depth in both operations and care delivery to make the call when it's yours to make.

If you're a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who wants ownership of a building and the team inside it, we'd like to talk.

Ready to lead your next facility? Apply today and we'll be in touch.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all resident care to confirm appropriate nursing and medical services are being delivered.

  • Manage daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with its long-term goals and mission.

  • Lead department heads and build a collaborative working environment across the building.

  • Hire, manage, and develop staff at every level, and enforce personnel policies and procedures.

  • Maintain adequate numbers of trained staff in every department.

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to confirm individual care plans are being followed.

  • Keep the facility in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain required licenses and certifications.

  • Manage contracts for therapy, physician services, pharmacy, and dietary support.

  • Build and maintain the budget, and oversee billing and fee structures.

  • Lead marketing efforts to grow and maintain census.

  • Maintain inventories of food, supplies, and chemicals, and keep the building and equipment in good repair so residents have a home-like environment.

  • Provide regular safety and compliance training.

  • Serve as the face of the facility to the governing board, the public, and residents' families.

Exciting Benefits for Administrator:

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Daily Pay - access your earned wages before payday!

  • 401k with a match!

  • Company paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Program.

  • Health insurance for the entire family!

  • Scrubs on Wheels.

  • Voluntary Benefits reviewed and provided at your one-on-one benefit meeting.

  • Exceptional Corporate Support.

Qualifications for Administrator:

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.

  • Two years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff.

  • Comfort working with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, or at times upset.

  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, grasp, push, and pull throughout the workday.

About the Company:

We strive to create an environment where people feel safe, heard and understood. Our leadership teams embrace our "Your Voice" philosophy.
