LPN/RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the highest standards of resident care while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care

• Coordinate resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
