Bartender

The Original 420 Bar & Grill is seeking to fill a part time position for a bartender.  Experience preferred, but will train.  Fast paced environment.  This position requires organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to handle the flow of drink & food orders while working with a variety of restaurant equipment.  This is a remarkable opportunity to join a growing company that strives for excellence with inclusivity and diversity.

Hours of Operation:  10:00 am - Close Daily

Available part time shifts to be filled:  

Tuesday 9:00 am - 5:15pm

Sunday 4:45pm - Close

Essential Functions (included but are not limited to) -

• Greeting, welcoming and directing all customers warmly and ensuring they leave satisfied with their visit.
• Customer service orientation
  
• Maintenance of all restaurant & bar equipment, as necessary 
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar & grill area
• Ensuring coolers, kitchen and prep areas are clean and well stocked at all times
  
• Memorizing menu and ability to cook all appetizer items to specification
• Attention to detail
• Initiative, reliability and stress tolerance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Must have drive and motivation
• Work independently and keep on task in a face paced environment.
• Ability to read, learn and retain information
• Collecting payment for services rendered
• Accurate register reconcilitation
• Ability to use POS system
• Ability to use hands, arms, upper body and stand with dexterity for extensive periods of time
• Completing all assigned duties in a timely manner.
• General up keep in common areas as needed
• Further tasks as dictated by management.
