As a valued Insurance Staff member at Michelle Cole Insurance Agency Inc, you play a vital role in daily operations and customer success. You will help grow our Santa Fe agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your efforts improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant State Farm Insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear information about State Farm Insurance products, focusing on life insurance first, then auto and home/renters insurance.
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to tailor coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support the agent’s marketing efforts to grow the agency.
• Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
