Job Description

Keta Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Garden City team. Our clinic operates 7 days a week, and we’re looking for nurses who can commit to 5 shifts or more per month. Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours.

This role is ideal for RNs with a background in emergency care, strong IV skills, and a calm, reassuring presence. You’ll play a key role in administering ketamine treatments, monitoring patients throughout their sessions, and supporting their journey toward improved mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV ketamine treatments
Monitor patients for safety and comfort during sessions
Document clinical observations accurately and promptly
Provide compassionate, attentive care to individuals experiencing mood or trauma-related conditions
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and clinic standards

Requirements:

Active New York RN license
Emergency care experience preferred
Proficient in IV placement and monitoring
Current BLS certification
Excellent communication and bedside manner
