We are seeking experienced bartenders to join a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant in Bergen County. 

The right candidate is professional, fast-paced, guest-focused, and works well under pressure. Strong communication skills, awareness, and the ability to maintain composure during busy service are essential. 

This position is ideal for bartenders who take pride in both service and execution. 
 
Qualifications 

•  Strong cocktail, beer, and spirits knowledge required 
•  High-volume bartending experience preferred 
•  Ability to multitask and maintain urgency during service 
•  Professional appearance and attitude 
•  Strong guest interaction and communication skills 
•  Reliable, team-oriented, and respectful workplace mindset 

Responsibilities 

•  Execute beverage service efficiently and consistently 
•  Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout service 
•  Engage guests professionally and confidently 
•  Work closely with servers and management to support overall service flow 
•  Uphold standards for hospitality, timing, and presentation 

Compensation 

•  Strong earning potential 
•  Average compensation approximately $45–55/hour
