We are looking for an experienced Residential Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience painting high-end residential homes, both interior and exterior, and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint high-end residential interiors and exteriors.
• Perform all aspects of surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, enamels, and specialty coatings using a variety of application methods.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other professional tools.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and finish.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and project managers throughout each project.
• Identify and resolve issues while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Required: Proven experience painting high-end residential homes, including both interior and exterior projects.
• Proficient in all paint application methods, including brush, roller, and spray applications.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and premium paint products.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and project managers.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, work from scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
