We are looking for a passionate, experienced Per-Diem APRN to join our team to support our growing footprint in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

The Role & Expectations

As a Part-Time APRN, you will provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

• Volume: Ability to commit to seeing an average of 60 patients per week.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to facilities throughout MA.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience holding an active APRN license.

• Clinical Expertise: Must be already proficient and experienced in nursing home wound care.

• Licensure: Active APRN license in MA.

• Autonomy: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and comfort working independently in multiple SNFs.

Note: As a part-time position, this role is not eligible for full-time benefits or bonuses beyond standard mileage reimbursement.
