We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Goldsboro, NC, USA.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collecting and recording data on client behavior

• Assisting clients in developing new skills and reducing problem behaviors

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelor's degree preferred)

• One year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
