 Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you will assist in assessments, facilitate one-on-one therapies and social interactions, and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. If you are already a registered behavior technician (RBT) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities 

• Assist in intakes and assessments
• Implement individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Current RBT credential (or able to obtain quickly)
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
