$100 Sign-On Bonus:

Eligible new hires who complete all required onboarding steps within 48 hours of receiving their onboarding materials will receive a $100 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation

Job Summary:

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team throughout Georgia.

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

In This Role, You Will:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Candidates must have an active RBT certification to be considered for this position.
