Job Description
Benefits:
My Time 2 Launch, a neurodiversity-affirming, BCBA-led company, is seeking a compassionate, engaged RBT to work one-on-one with a young child in Kissimmee area, currently receiving services in the home setting. The role will be M-F 8:00 AM to 3 PM. You will need to also obtain clearance to work with the child in the school setting in the fall - we will assist you getting a school vendor badge.
About This Role Your client is an energetic, lovable young child whose programming targets functional communication, attending, imitation, and school-readiness skills. Behavior intervention is a core and active component of this case. All behaviors are function-based, well-documented in a formal BIP, and supervised by a highly experienced BCBA clinician. You will never be left to figure it out alone.
What You Need to Know This is case that calls for someone who is calm, grounded, creative — and genuinely fun. At My Time 2 Launch, we have a saying: if you aren't having fun, you aren't doing your job properly. The best RBTs bring playfulness and ingenuity to even the most challenging moments. If you've worked with children on the spectrum — and you left those experiences hungry for more — this role was written for you. You'll be constantly learning, growing, and building clinical skills that will define your career.
You're a Great Fit If You:
✔ Are patient, playful, and emotionally regulated under pressure
✔ Have experience with complex, multiply-diagnosed children — and thrive in that environment
✔ Can navigate significant behavioral complexity without taking it personally
✔ Bring creativity and flexibility to every session
✔ Are committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based ABA
✔ Follow written protocols consistently and collect accurate data
✔ Hold your RBT certification — or are ready to earn it (we train motivated candidates)
