What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a key role in developing, overseeing, and optimizing individualized treatment programs designed to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral plans: Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations: Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports: Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Current COBA license.

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for helping individuals with ASD achieve their fullest potential.
