As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in helping children with ASD express their needs, function independently, and cope in their environment. Our comprehensive services, led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), will provide you with the tools and support to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collecting and documenting data on client progress
Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success
Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
