**Registered Behavior Technician** **Join Our Dynamic Team at Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN** At Aim Higher ABA Therapy, our experienced team provides individualized consultation and intervention services that enable children with autism to learn and thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. **About the Role:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Implementing individually-designed behavioral treatment plans * Collecting and recording data on client progress * Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed * Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for clients and colleagues **Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality behavioral therapy to children with autism in a home-based or clinic setting * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client's unique needs and goals * Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective treatment * Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in behavioral sciences or related field preferred * Completion of a registered behavior technician certification program, such as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines * Must be at least 18 years of age **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism **How to Apply:** If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism, please apply to this exciting opportunity.
