You'll guide clients through the entire home-buying process — from pre-qualified leads to showings, negotiation, and closing — as their trusted point of contact. What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow

• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

What you’ll do:

• Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and goals

• Show properties and guide buyers to purchase

• Provide consultative, client-first service and ask for referrals

• Close 3 or more deals per month

• Earn $150,000+ net income annually

• Close more deals in less time with less stress and earn a rewarding income

What you bring (must-haves):

• Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Nice-to-haves:

• Proven closing history or local market knowledge

• Bilingual Spanish speaker
