Central Supply Clerk / Receptionist

We are seeking a Part-Time Central Supply Clerk / Receptionist to become an important part of our skilled nursing team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Assist with clerical duties including filing, copying, and data entry.

• Receive, organize, and distribute medical and office supplies.

• Maintain inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.

• Stock nursing units and ensure supplies are readily available.

• Assist various departments with administrative support.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to lift and remain active throughout the workday.
