Porter/Maintenance

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Monitor the community common areas, pools, bathrooms and recreational areas which require cleaning and take the initiative to complete the task.
• 
  Clean community pool bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures include wiping countertops and fixtures cleaning mirrors, emptying waste baskets, refill soap and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.
• 
  Follow the assigned route and empty trash receptacles and replace the garbage bags. Dispose of daily
• 
  Clear and remove debris and trash from sidewalks, walkways, and roadways using a grip and grab, broom or blower.

• Pick up trash from landscaped areas and roads
• Check doggie station baskets and refill doggie bags as needed
• Check common areas for vandalism and report any instances to the supervisor

• 
  While servicing daily routes, report any items that require repair or maintenance

• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic cleaning responsibility requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail, take pride in completing assigned tasks, delivering excellent service, and organizational skills.
• Honesty & an exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to stand, reach and continuously walk during the assigned shift.
• A valid Florida driver’s license
