Orthopedic Sports Performance & Joint Restoration SurgeonCompany: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)HireNow SnapshotHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Orthopedic Sports Performance & Joint Restoration Surgeon to join one of our valued client partners. This full-time, hospital-employed opportunity is designed for a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in Sports Medicine. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding an established orthopedic program while providing exceptional surgical and clinical care for patients with sports-related injuries and complex musculoskeletal conditions.This position offers outstanding earning potential, a collaborative physician-led environment, and the opportunity to grow both clinical services and personal productivity within a modern healthcare system.Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically treat patients with sports-related orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform advanced orthopedic procedures including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, cartilage restoration, and related sports medicine procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both operative and non-operative approaches.
- Maintain an active outpatient clinic while managing a surgical case schedule.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, rehabilitation specialists, athletic trainers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence.
- Maintain complete and timely medical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Participate in shared call coverage as assigned.
- Support continued growth of orthopedic and sports medicine service lines.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgery preferred or equivalent procedural expertise.
- Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure.
- DEA registration or eligibility.
- Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and patient relationship abilities.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- U.S.-based applicants only.
- Fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon.
- Advanced experience with minimally invasive arthroscopy.
- Experience treating competitive athletes and active patient populations.
- Interest in expanding orthopedic service lines and community outreach.

- Inability to obtain Ohio medical licensure.
