Tradition Home Health Care in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a passionate and dedicated Private Duty Travel Nurse to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home and travel settings
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the attending physician
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and progress
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members to ensure continuity of care
• Travel with and accompany patients as needed, ensuring safety and comfort during transit
• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (multi-state licensure or compact license a plus)
• Previous private duty, home health, or travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel with patients locally, domestically, or internationally as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in varied environments
