Job Summary
Appliance Center is Ohio's largest Furniture, Appliance and Mattress superstore. Due to exponential growth, we are actively seeking qualified candidates to fill Driver Assistant positions within our 60 year old local company. This position includes the industries BEST pay! 
As a Driver Assistant, you are a key member of the team! You are responsible for assisting our Delivery Drivers in delivering household goods to our clients. 
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
Qualified candidates will receive on the job training opportunities for potential to promote to a Delivery Driver.
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
• Follow route and schedule
• Show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees

Qualifications:

• Must have effective time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers
•  Must be able to safely lift and move 50lbs or more with assistance
