Requirements:

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Responsibilities include:

• Lead by example and create an outstanding guest experience every shift.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and operational objectives.
• Build a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and fun.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
