Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Spanish Speaking – Morning Hours – Newton Grove, NC and Surrounding Areas

Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism.

We are specifically looking for candidates available during morning and early afternoon hours.

• Competitive hourly pay ($22–$27/hour based on experience)

• Paid training and support toward RBT certification (if not certified)

• Strong, supportive clinical team (BCBA supervision provided)

• Local caseloads to minimize travel

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings

• Work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Communicate effectively with families (Spanish-speaking households) and team members

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Newtown Grove, NC

• Morning and afternoon hours (highly preferred)

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

• $22–$27/hour, based on experience and certification status
