Position: Mental Health Therapist

Location: Randolph, NJ

Schedule:

• Initial: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Transitioning to: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments to identify client needs
• Gather and review relevant client history and records
• Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans with clear goals
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Support discharge planning and coordinate appropriate levels of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referral sources
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active New Jersey license (LCSW or LPC)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $93,000 (based on experience)
