Intake Operator

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an Intake Operator to join their team. As an Intake Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Patient Support Team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Intake Operator

Location: Deerfield, IL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 12PM-8:30PM Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday. Scheduled rotates 

What's the Job?

• Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
• Follow all Work Instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces
• Receive and process the Patch device, including de-kitting and verification of patient information

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Minimum three months related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment preferred
• Computer proficiency required
• Data entry experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support organizational goals
