Make a Meaningful Impact

Are you passionate about helping children, youth, and families thrive? Join New Alternatives, Inc. as a High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Facilitator and become part of a dedicated team transforming lives through compassionate, family-driven care.

The High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Facilitator serves as the operational hub of the Child and Family Team (CFT). In this vital role, you will guide families and their teams through all four phases of the Wraparound process, ensuring that every decision reflects the family's voice, strengths, culture, and vision. You'll facilitate Child and Family Team meetings, complete the Strengths, Needs, Culture, and Vision (SNCV) Discovery, develop and update individualized Plans of Care, coordinate services, and monitor progress toward meaningful goals. Following each meeting, you'll ensure that team decisions are translated into timely, actionable interventions that support positive outcomes.
