Bilingual Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston, TX. This is a fully onsite position with standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. At the end of the contract, performance will be reviewed for potential full-time hire. Please note there are not benefits during the contract period.

Must-Haves:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and customer retention.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Preferred:

• Retail energy experience, especially within ERCOT and/or Northeast energy markets.
