Human Resources Director

RVC CONSTRUCTION IS LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR - The Human Resources Director will lead a large corporate HR team, directly reporting to the CEO. This role is responsible for overseeing all key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, recruiting, and insurance administration. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership to support organizational growth and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large HR team of 16+ members
• Manage employee relations to foster a productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate HR policies
• Oversee performance management processes and initiatives
• Direct recruiting efforts to attract top talent
• Administer insurance programs and benefits
• Collaborate with executive leadership as a direct report to the CEO
• Focus on corporate HR functions with no travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
