We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Site Assistant to help keep our job sites safe, organized, and running efficiently. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Install permit boxes
- Foam and flash homes
- Blow out the interior of homes during construction
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Keep the interior of homes clean throughout the building process
- Pressure wash homes and job sites
- Tow a trailer when needed
- Complete punch list items assigned by your supervisor
- Remove debris and maintain a professional job site appearance
- Assist fellow team members to keep projects moving on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required to operate a company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds
- Reliable, hardworking, and responsive
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
