Sales Support

Currently seeking a Sales Support for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Riverside, RI.

Responsibilities of Sales Support

-Communicate with various departments to produce accurate and timely invoices

-Enter sales orders into computer

-Invoice in both Point of Sale and Order Entry

-Process credit cards accurately

-Complete daily batching and closing procedures

-Provide back up and support to Sales team

-Process daily reports

-Perform filing duties including updating system

-Provide support to sales team

-Assist customer with orders

-Complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Sales Support

-Superior attention to detail

-Excellent data entry skills

-Highly organized

-Good problem solving and organizational skills

-Ability to prioritize

-Strong communication skills

-Able to work independently or in a team setting

-Good multi-tasking skills with ability to meet deadlines

-Comfortable bending and lifting file boxes as needed

-Ability to work overtime when needed

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hr
