Apartment Leasing Manager

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Apartment Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior property management or leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to resolve resident concerns in a calm and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and respond to resident/prospect inquiries
• Conduct apartment tours and lease apartments
• Process lease renewals and resident paperwork
• Perform move-out walk-through inspections
• Maintain records using leasing/property management software
• Provide excellent customer service and conflict resolution

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Property management/leasing experience (Required)
• Familiarity with leasing software
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
