District Manager - Multi-Unit Bakery Café Operations

A growing bakery café organization is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple corporate and franchise locations throughout the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for improving sales, profitability, guest experience, operational consistency, and leadership performance across the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Café Managers, General Managers, and franchise operators
• Review P&Ls, labor, inventory, sales, and controllable expenses
• Develop leaders through coaching, training, and performance management
• Maintain strong food safety, service, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Create action plans for underperforming locations
• Support recruiting, retention, succession planning, and new openings
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume service experience
• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Strong P&L, labor, inventory, and sales-management skills
• Experience coaching General Managers and franchise operators
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
