Abacus Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Associate for the Fort Myers area. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and able to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English. The role focuses on assisting customers, answering questions, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, or by email in a professional manner
• Provide customer support in both Spanish and English
• Answer questions related to services, orders, appointments, or general inquiries
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the system
• Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues when needed
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
• Follow company procedures and provide excellent customer service
• Keep records organized and updated
• Support daily office or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
