Legal Administrative Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated candidate to serve as an entry level Litigation Support Specialist! This is a full time, Monday-Friday position located in King of Prussia.

Responsibilities:

• Open case files and record receipt of data/documents from clients
• Search medical records and extract pertinent material according to client instructions and enter information into database
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and other legal regulations
• Ensure that authorizations, court orders, and subpoenas are in place
• Verify case orders/ independently contact individuals, law firms, medical offices, and hospitals for missing information or records (in accordance with privacy regulations)
• Maintain security/confidentiality of records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of office experience preferred
• Microsoft office
• Organized and detail oriented

Job Details:

• Full time: M-F
• Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Job Type: On-site
