No previous experience is required-we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll:
- Represent client brands at retail locations throughout the New Orleans area.
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
- Learn about client products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their individual needs.
- Recommend products and services that best suit each customer.
- Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work alongside your team to achieve individual and campaign sales goals.
