Job Summary
- Opening: sweep floors and mop as need it including restrooms
- Brew iced tea for the day
- Clears away dirty dishes, sets tables, and serves as an assistant to a wait staff.
General Accountabilities
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, utensils, or other supplies.
- Slice bread, fill dipping sauce and have it ready before opening.
- Saturday and Sunday have mini muffins and scones warm ready to serve before opening.
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
- Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
- Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons.
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers
- Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiments containers.
- Locate items requested by customers.
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters.
- Serve food to customers when wait staff needs assistance.
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurant, and mop or vacuum floors

Bar / Food Runner and Port
Stock all the wines, beer and juices as need it.
Replace soda syrups as required.
Make coffee drinks.
Serve wines to servers.
Deliver food to customers with proper utensils and condiments.
