Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

St. Andrews at Francis place is looking for a Director of Dining Services for our residents.

As the Director of Dining Services, you will:

• Develop and implement dietary plans and menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines and standards.
• Manage the preparation and delivery of meals to residents.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Conducting nutritional assessments and providing dietary consultations
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure specific dietary needs of patients are met.
• Manage department budget and control operational cost.
• Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise dietary staff.
