Equipment Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for customer service, sales, inventory management, and team development. You will be responsible for driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through exceptional customer service and effective merchandising.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalated issues professionally.
• Monitor store budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in equipment, hardware, agricultural, construction, or outdoor power equipment sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and develop action plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Work Schedule

• Hours of operation are 8-5 Tuesday thru Friday and 8-12 on Saturday giving our employees a 2.5 day weekend.
