Shop Manager/Retail Leader + Social Media/Content Maven

Looking to hire a well-rounded, experienced, retail and social media guru for Keeping Design The Shop in Jensen Beach, FL. Knowledge or passion for the Interior Design industry highly sought after but not mandatory.

Day to day responsibilities to include:

• Store Operations

-open and close shop

-create client relationships through professional conversations

-manage inventory

-shop staging and organization

-website management

-shop upkeep / cleanliness

• Social Media + Content

-shoot daily photos + videos

-strategic social media posting

-brand development (share our story)

• Marketing

-create promotions to bring customers in the door

-plan local events

• Assist / Support Design Keeping Team

-Design Keeping and Keeping Design are entwined and function as one well rounded team. This role will support the financial services and bookkeeping team, as needed.

Ideal candidate must have:

• High level of organizational skills and functional creativity
• Natural relationship builder who loves connecting with people
• Be a great conversationalist and know how to read the room
• Full understanding of all social media outlets
• Thorough knowledge of Shopify, Squarespace, Google
• Must be punctual and ready to work on a daily basis
• Be proactive and a self-starter

Opportunity to earn commission on top of hourly if you take this opportunity and RUN WITH IT!!

Position is either Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday (would consider Mon-Fri) 10am - 4pm
