We are seeking an experienced Director of Design Engineering to lead a growing engineering team within a dynamic manufacturing organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving engineering strategy, supporting production operations, managing new product introductions, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing engineering, team leadership, project management, and process improvement. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, improve operational performance, and support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong project management and resource planning skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems
• Knowledge of CAD/CAE tools and manufacturing processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
