Project Manager for Multi-Family Construction

We are a growing construction company specializing in multifamily renovations throughout the area. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multifamily renovation projects on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
• Communication of Projects with Office Management
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain quality control and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with ownership, team members, and clients
• Track progress and provide regular project updates
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently in the field

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily renovation construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and scheduling
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
