Job Description
Land Development Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is extremely knowledgeable in construction accounting.
Clerical Skills:
- Foundations Software knowledge
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Internet Proficient
- Highly Organized & Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Scheduling
Education/Certifications/Experience:
- Associates Degree or better
- Notary Public
- Prior Experience in Construction Industry
- Bilingual is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and own form of transportation.
Must maintain professional demeanor, have abilities to multi-task, be proactive, detail-oriented, result driven & team player!
Office Hours 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
