Personal Lines Account Manager

Worgess Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to become a part of our team! The mission of the Personal Lines Account Manager is to serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and generating referrals. Account managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their teammates.

Desired Outcomes of this Role

1. Maintain appropriate retention rate of on your book of business
2. Generate additional revenue on the book of business through cross-selling
3. Conduct annual account reviews
4. Provide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions and endorsements
5. Constantly display a positive attitude and efficient work ethic
6. Conduct audits on new business files
7. Sell new inbound call business for the agency
8. Work to identify opportunities for other departments
