Pediatric Nurses (Home Health)

As a Pediatric Nurse in our team, you’ll provide skilled, in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our pediatric patients.

Home Care/Service Location: St. Lucie County
Schedule : Monday,Tue, Wed,Thurs,Fri, Sat (morning and evening shift)
Time: 8AM-8PM and 8PM-8AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Educate families on home care procedures and health management.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

• Pediatric nursing experience required.
• Familiarity with trach/vent care is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a care team.
